Simulator enclosure: what you get
An enclosure holds the impact screen and side netting in one frame and catches mishits. Its frame size fixes the minimum room width and height, and the screen shape decides which projector setup fills it cleanly.
Planning notes
Plan the room around the frame, then check the projector distance for the screen shape.
| Check | Rule of thumb |
|---|---|
| Width | Frame width + about 6 in each side |
| Height | Frame height + space to assemble; the ceiling must also clear your swing |
| Depth | Screen gap (8–12 in) + 8–10 ft to the ball + about 4.5 ft behind it |
| Projector | Short-throw lenses mount about 5–8 ft from a 10–12 ft wide 4:3 screen |
Use the room size calculator with your launch monitor to confirm depth.
